Yes! Will Well gift certificates are available for any of our services and make a thoughtful gift for birthdays, holidays, or simply to show someone you care. They can be purchased in the studio or online for your convenience.

We do not bill insurance directly. However, many clients use their Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for massage therapy when it’s prescribed for pain management or recovery. We’re happy to provide a detailed receipt for you to submit to your provider.

To respect the time of our therapists and other clients, we ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed entirely, will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and you’ll be responsible for the full fee. Missed appointments must be paid before booking another session.
